Bentley Systems is migrating to a new multi-factor authentication (MFA) portal on 5/30 at 11:00 AM ET. If you experience any MFA errors following the update, please contact Bentley Support or email the IMS Team at IMSTeam@bentley.com.

IMS Scheduled Maintenance for Software Upgrade Jun 20, 2026 12:00-16:00 UTC
Dear Valued Bentley Users:
Please be advised that we will be making the many upgrades to IMS this year as part of our ongoing efforts to improve its reliability and user experience. The second phase of this upgrade is a software upgrade in production scheduled for June 20, 2026, at 8am EDT.
During the transition to new software on June 20, existing user sessions in web portals such as Bentley Infrastructure Cloud and other IMS-enabled applications will be lost, and users will be required to sign in again. Users on the latest version of the CONNECTION Client should not experience any issues. Additionally, processes that rely on refresh tokens are not expected to be impacted.
This software upgrade is part of a broader initiative to enhance Bentley IMS applications, with additional hardware and software improvements planned throughout the year. Rest assured, our teams are committed to managing this transition carefully and will inform you along the way with the goal of minimizing any disruption for users.
If you experience any issues following the June 20 deployment, please contact Bentley Support. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we continue to improve our services.
