IMS is experiencing performance issues. The team is working to resolve.
The transition to the new IMS has been completed. Progress is being made on addressing sporadic issues with entitlements and roles not working correctly, as well as verification emails taking a long time to arrive. We are continuing to work diligently to fully resolve these issues and will provide another update on Thursday, September 3.
