Subscription Entitlement Services and Select Server will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes to up to 1 hour on Sunday, April 12, starting at 9:00 AM EST.
During this time, we will be upgrading our Azure Front Door infrastructure, which is responsible for routing traffic to these services.

Dear Valued Bentley Users:
Please be advised that we will be making the first of many hardware upgrades to IMS as part of our ongoing efforts to improve its reliability and user experience. The first phase of this upgrade is a
hardware upgrade in production is scheduled for April 25, 2026, at 8am EDT.
During the transition to new hardware on April 25, existing user sessions in web portals such as Bentley Infrastructure Cloud and other IMS-enabled applications will be lost, and users will be required to sign in again. Users on the latest version of the CONNECTION Client should not experience any issues. Additionally, processes that rely on refresh tokens are not expected to be impacted.
This hardware upgrade is part of a broader initiative to enhance Bentley IMS applications, with additional hardware and software improvements planned throughout the year. Rest assured, our teams are committed to managing this transition carefully and will inform you along the way with the goal of minimizing any disruption for users.
