Update
On May 7th, 2024, IMS will perform maintenance to apply a system update.

The deployment of this update will be regionalized, such that each region is updated during their off hours. The schedule is as follows:

Singapore: 3PM EST / 3AM local
Germany: 5PM EST / 11PM local
United States: 10PM EST / 7PM PST

During these times, IMS will still be available for use. However, as each server in each region is updated one at a time, authentication requests which were in flight with the server that is being updated might see an error returned. We ask that you please try your authentication again. Users should not see continued issues as only one server is updated at a time and that one server will no longer be accepting traffic when the user reauthenticates. Users which were already authenticated at the time of the update should not see any issues.

If users see continued issues, please contact Bentley support.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your patience.
