Identified -
Virtuosity Subscribers - we had an unexpected processing issue with some existing subscribers of Virtuosity Subscriptions. Impacted subscriptions were triggered for renewals to process in advance of their renewal date, charging the purchasing user and notifying them of their renewal. We are working on correcting the issue and reversing incorrect charges as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates and more specifics on timing as soon as we can.
